         OEXE_000.ARC

         This archive contains the OPUS Computer-Based 
         Conversation main program.  The program will not 
         run by itself.  It needs several support files.

         Do not manually extract the files in the archive.
         A batch file in the OPUS Installation Kit will do
         that for you.  That batch file will put all the
         files contained in this archive into their proper
         place on your disk.

         The installation material is in an archive
         called oKIT_000.ARC.

         A limited license is given to use this material
         as long as it is used in a lawful and friendly manner.  
       
         You may freely distribute Opus software and support files
         as long as there is no money charged.  
       
         If your system has a fee, then you may not make the Opus 
         software or support files available for download.  
       
         If you make money from the sale of Opus software or support
         files or if you make money by suggesting its use (eg. a 
         consultant), then you are required to make a $50 donation (or 
         "payment") to AIDS research for each copy of Opus that is put 
         on-line.  This donation (or "payment") is not optional.   
       



         WARNINGS

         The author is very militant about nobody making money from the
         Opus Computer-Based Conversation System.

         One reminder: one of the conditions of your limited license to
         use Opus is that you do so in a lawful manner.  That includes
         any federal, state, and local laws that may happen to cover
         your particular location.

         Another reminder: another of the primary conditions of your 
         limited license to use Opus is that you do so in a friendly
         manner.  This specifically includes being friendly with the 
         software's author and other Opus system operators.

         If you make this program available to others,
         this notice must be included in its entirety with the program.

         You've got to be kidding.

         Nobody makes any kind of warranty.

         If you decide to use the Opus system,
         you do so entirely at your own risk.
